Research runs get their own daily allowance by depth (Quick 8, Standard 5, Deep 3), so you can run up to 16 a day. Other Slate features (follow-ups, concept maps, Notebook chat) use the same token budget shown above, shared with isonai.net/chat.
Slate never falls back to a lighter model, so once a quota is used up that feature pauses until the reset at midnight UTC.
